ผู้สมัครไม่จำเป็นต้องมีพื้นฐาณกีฬาใดๆ อุปกรณ์การฝึกซ้อมมีให้ใช้ฟรีคะ
นอกจากนี้เรายังมี แนะนำวิชาการป้องกันตัวที่ใช้ได้จริงอื่นๆในชมรม
